Absolutely lovely that all the staff greet you as they walk past even if they’re busy with other clients. The staff member I was looked after asked questions to get an understanding of what I’m trying to achieve and the end result was beautiful! Had an amazing experience at Beauty By Rachael-Lee! Rachael and Sophie were so welcoming and professional. Sophie explained everything clearly during my treatment and gave excellent aftercare advice. The treatment was thorough and comfortable, and I’m already seeing results. Highly recommend!

Rachel and her staff are wonderful. Treated like a queen each time and Rachel really listens to what outcome you are looking for offering the best procedure. I always have a huge smile on my face when I leave the salon as the finished outcome is perfect!
