I usually enjoy coming to have my hair done. Today I had not such a great experience. As usual I didn't have my hairdresser Linda wash my hair, or do my hand massage. I have absolutely nothing but praise for Linda. However today the young apprentice who "washed and did my hand massage", was disappointing. She did my hands first and ddn't use enough cream and was finished in around half the time as usual. Then she washed my hair and put a "treatment" in it, after which she massaged my head for around two minutes, rinsed it and wrapped me up, to go back into the salon. Whilst rinsing and washing my hair, I was sprayed with quite a bit of water on my face and I don't understand why the treatment wasn't left in whilst my hands were being massaged. As I said, Ihave no complaints about Linda, but I truly think for a semi permanent colour, "treatment", trim and straighten $220 is way too much!
