I booked in as a one-off for a special occasion, based solely on website and reviews as I am not from the area. So glad I picked them! Communication was great from making the appointment, answering all my questions and receiving information and pictures about what I was looking for. On the day I felt like I'd been perfectly matched to my hairdresser - she was so amazing and well-prepared, she had gone over all my information and pics and still took plenty of time to discuss what I was after and make sure we were definitely on the same page. She did a wonderful job and I had a great time. The two others I was with were also happy with their service and the whole team were friendly and welcoming. Can't rate this salon and its team highly enough!
