I like a firm touch and a good massage with my facial. I understand that others have different wishes. I find it disappointing when it’s gentle. I feel I have missed a good experience. I would be grateful if your staff were to ask and accommodate me.

I am a bit upset with the service I received today. I get my tans done at this salon each time and normally they keep my colour on the record. I don't think that the lady was able to access it today, so instead, I had to discuss colours with her myself, and despite me being pale she gave me the darkest tan colour which is not what I asked for. I am concerned. The lady was lovely, and I enjoyed my experience, I just wish that the colour advice was better.

I enjoyed the pedicure, it was quoted as an $80 procedure, no mention of extra expense for shellac nail polish. On receiving my bill the cost was $102???? I certainly will not be returning for a pedicure at this price, I was charged $22 extra for the nail polish which I think was really overpriced. There was a special on for Pedicure/Manicure at a cost of $99. I would have been cheaper having this done as it cost me more for just the pedicure. II do feel that I should have been told about the extra cost before I engaged in the procedure and do feel that the cost I paid for a pedicure was way over the top.

I absolutely love this salon but I don't think I will be coming back. $20 for an eyebrow wax is just ridiculous. Also to all the girls who wax, when you rip off that wax does it kill you to put your hand on the spot to cool/soothe it a little bit?!!!!

I had shellac done and I definitely needed one more coat, can still see the white tip of my nail underneath the coloured coat.

Hi Guys Overall the experience was good. My only complaint was on arrival I was told I had the wrong time saying I was half an hour early for my appointment and could I come back. In actual fact I was on time for my appointment my card said 11am. The text you sent me the day before said 11am. but the receptionist told me it was in the book as 11.30am. which I couldn't understand as it was the same receptionist who booked me in the week earlier. I really did not have time to go home and come back in half an hour, I would have been happy to sit in your salon and be offered a cup of coffee and look at a magazine if it was that the girls were running late. I had to go sit in my car for half an hour. I did explain to the girl on my return that I felt she could have offered me tea or coffee and just said they were running late not that I had got my time mixed up. She did apologize and I realize that they were just a bit busy.
