I always look forward to my visits to Ella Bache Springwood. The team are professional, welcoming and lovely. They aren't always pushing products on you like some salons do, but are always there for professional advice when you need it. The shop is clean, bright and friendly. Krystal is wonderful and I trust her completely. She is so caring and is someone who I now not only consider a trusted professional but a friend. Love this business so very much.

The only slightly negative comment I have is how noisy it was outside the room in the corridor with people talking loudly and I jumped when it sounded like someone banged on the wall. This ruined the atmosphere. I had a friend tell me this too. Otherwise the experience was lovely. I hope you find this useful to know
