I was a little concerned that my technician was not wearing a face mask whilst completing my treatment. Whilst we are in the midst of a pandemic I had really expected Ella Bache to provide this type of PPE as standard to protect their customers.

Alex was excellent. I was so relaxed. She let me just be quiet, no mindless chatter. I didn’t want advice on my skin, hence the low score. I felt just great. I had a package with facial, décolletage and foot scrub and then added lip and brow wax. It was my first visit to this branch which is close to my home and convenient. My treatment ended with camomile tea which I wouldn’t usually drink but was actually a lovely touch.

Therapist was lovely and did a great job. The relaxing experience could have been improved if other staff members were not talking so loudly and laughing. The noise was not acceptable. The store was not busy at all so unsure what noise levels are like during busy times. If I had been having a massage, I would not be coming back.
