Each time I have been to Ella Bache I have had great service, this last time the girl that did my eyebrows basically held me down and ripped my head apart, she then tweezered them drawing blood on a number of occassions. I have never been treated so rough in my life and caused so much pain for such a small thing that was done. Previously I have looked forward to going in to get my eyebrows done at the store as the girls have always been caring and interested in what they were doing showing pride in their work. This time was different she was annoyed with me being there. The end of my eyebrow is now missing and there are chunks missing. So sad that this happend

All of the girls at Ella Bache Upper Coomera are friendly, professional and genuinely want to look after my skin. They are competitively priced and I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my eyebrows done! I had the most amazing facial with Alex today and my skin feels and looks amazing. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else!
