I was a bit nervous about my appointment for laser hair removal as I had not had it done before. Jess was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly and put me at ease. The process was a breeze! Jess also explained the after care required very carefully and made me feel that if I needed to contact the salon afterwards with any questions that was all part of the service. Thank you so much.
