Comment
The one thing I would say was that the session ran a little short. From understanding the facial was meant to be 50min long however it went for 40min instead. So I guess just making sure to spend those extra few minutes in with someone for their treatment would be greatly appreciated and can add a little extra to your service :). I rated a little lower on the professional advice received as I didn’t receive any, however I also didn’t need/want to receive something and it was nice not have someone trying to sell me something at the end :). The water & brownie at the end was a wonderful extra touch. Thank you too for taking great care of me with me being 36weeks pregnant and still being able to come in. I greatly appreciated that and loved getting pampered.
