i got rescheduled three times within the week leading up to my appointment but my booking had been booked for over two months.

Hi Kasey, unfortunately things like this happen, a staff member and her family having to eventually quarantine is unfortunate for her, us and our clients including you, but we have to make sure our clients safety comes first. That's why we offer other therapists to perform your treatment. We apologise that this upset you to cause a bad review, and hope that you might understand, that this was completely out of our control.

This was my first time visiting SasBeauty and it was a great experience!!! The place was very nice, the people very friendly and welcoming and the service delivered was amazing ( constatly checking if the pressuare was okay, if I was confortable and they provived as much information as posibke before my massage). I had many massages before, so I can say with confidence that this one was of the best I ever had 😀.

My eyebrow and lip wax was done so quickly I was in and out within 5 minutes …. I feel it was rushed. Still had to get the tweezers out for my upper lip when I got home. Not offered to have above brow waxed. Lacked attention to detail in my opinion.
