Recently had an eyebrow and upper lip wax. While I was in the wait room, the beautician at the front was busy chatting on the phone for 5 minutes before she acknowledged me waiting. Some one else came out asked for my details , walked away and then the same person continued with the phone call. Being in such a small space it was evident it was clearly a personal call. This is the first time in years of attending the Eltham Salon that the beautician was rough, not friendly or genuine and didn't provide cream afterwards to sooth the redness, and didn't ask if I required powder to cover the redness. I have always recommended your services and staff , however during this short visit, it felt like a completely different salon. I religiously use all your beauty creams after great advice a few years back. Hoping that the next visit is more professional on all levels.

Nice salon, clean, friendly. Sadly the wax isn't good on my skin so will find a place that uses the white variety in the bottle.

I had a scrub and massage. When I was turned over I wasn’t given an eye mask which was a bit disappointing. The salon is also really noisy, I heard talking through the whole appointment. The towels were the softest I had ever experienced and the massage itself was really good.

Martina is an incredibly proficient therapist. She was so in tune with my needs both for my massage and facial. She was engaging and caring and I would recommend her to my family and friends. Her knowledge about the products was also great. Thank you for a blissful experience Martina. 😍

I felt like the bathroom let the experience down. Didn’t seem clean and the whole look didn’t suit the fit out. But Ruby was beautiful and couldn’t fault the experience. Didn’t want to leave.
