Has been a few issues with the service.... first one is about wax at the end, I haven't been ask if I want it or not, he just put it on. Second is the quality of the cut, is a bit messy and un even, specially the beard it came pretty bad.... I had to fix it myself once home. I'll might give you another chance but as first impression is not good. I just moved in the area and I'm looking for my new local hairdresser but I left a bit disappointed. Thanks

I noticed that it was super busy from the moment I stepped in and thought to myself; "oh no... I'm not going to get looked after properly!" But that thought was definitely proven wrong - from starry to finish, I had personalised service to suit my budget and needs, the staff were very attentive and LISTENED to me! Even though it was busy and obvious that there customers coming in, I did not feel rushed or that the service was lacking in any way. The overall atmosphere in the salon was upbeat and friendly and vibrant!

Some of the furnishings could do with a refresh. I noticed a few of the chairs are stuck together with duct tape, all the more noticeable as the tape used is a blonde colour and the chairs are black, so it highlights the wear and tear more. If you wish to be a high end salon, and offer great customer service, the furnishings need to match.
