After 20 years of being loyal to my old hairdresser but in dire need of a change, I found the thought of finding a new salon and people I could trust with my hair incredibly stressful.It literally took me a few years to build up the courage to make the break. I live in the area and found Luxe online, booked an appointment and 3 cut and colour's in I'm kicking myself I didn't do it earlier. Kayleigh and Erin are brilliant in both their expertise and craft as well as listening to me as a client and providing warm and authentic customer service. I'm pretty sure they would also give it to me straight if I had unrealistic expectations. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and professional from the lovely Charlotte at the front desk through to divine Mallika who washed my hair. I can't recommend Luxe and their wonderful people highly enough.
