Desperately needed to update my colour and style and was delighted with finished result . I think djurra is probably the best place I've tried in the 2 years I've lived in Perth . Absolute value for money and lovely to feel pampered . Welcoming and helpful staff . Thank you !

Hello: for the first time in my life i was pleased with how well Djurra staff all helped me deal realistically with my difficult hair. from the receptionist, to masseur, stylist, colourist, and cutter/blow dryer, i was delighted with my peace of mind, relaxed by massages and thoughtful care, and felt perfectly confident while my hair was being coloured and restyled, which is a feeling i seldom have in any hairdressers. and i hope you all stay there (so many good hairdressers quit the business, and i'm left having to find somewhere else to go, with a hit and miss record of having to walk around with, over the years, hair described like a "barmaid in a bowling alley", zebra stripes, pukey green, etc. they don't have to look at it or wear it, I do. so i was thrilled with my two adventures at Djurra, have already recommended it to others, and will definitely return. Thanks for the peace of mind finally!

I agree to this feedback being printed in its entirety and not edited. I am very happy with the basic waxing treatment I have received on each of my 4 visits, and will continue to have waxing at De Jurra. I love the environmental and natural products and highly professional waxing service. The greeting is also lovely and the tea and sitting in the lovely room before the wax is a treat and is relaxing. I do find the wax a bit over priced which is why I don't refer friends or family, and only continue to come to the salon because I will only use environmentally responsible products. The experience I had with my hair cut however was highly unsatisfactory and disappointing, and I no longer have my hair cut at De Jurra. On my last hair cut at De Jurra on my long hair which I have been consciously growing for sometime, I requested a trim of the ends only, I relaxed whilst having a hair trim and opened my eyes to find a number of inches cut from the length and a restyle from having my naturally wavy hair more loose and flowing in style, to being straight across the bottom. I didn't feel the hair dresser had understood my hair or my style and had moulded it into something I am not, including straightening my naturally beautifully wavy hair. I had to have it re cut by another hairdresser not at the salon and have been working with her to get it back to what I am happy with over the past year. The cut at De Jurra was super expensive at $90, to then have a re cut a week later. Thank you, Blessings
