very happy with my hair, the overall experience was lovely (with touches like the complimentary hand and neck massages) until i asked for my colour to be redone as it wasn't like how we had discussed at the start of the consultation. The hairdresser was clearly upset with me for asking for the colour to be re done, and was stroppy with me. If it had just been done the way we had discussed at the start of the consultation, i wouldn't have needed it to be re done. I am the one paying the money, and it is my hair, so i should be leaving there happy with the result. but i am very happy with my new hair, i just won't be going back. i was made to feel very uncomfortable while my colour was being redone, and i did nothing wrong! I would've rated this salon much higher if it hadn't ended the way it did.

I don't normally like going to the hairdresser and find the whole experience really stressful. Corrine at Djurra is really nice though and the whole thing is much more pleasant that it's been at other hairdressers. Thank you

Everything was great EXCEPT that the person who did the wash and cut was a bit rough - I felt like I had been through a washing machine. I would have given a big score except for this and may ask to see someone different next time.
