My ony comment that I think would make difference is that when you are seated it is positive to ask if you would like a glass of water or a magazine If you have never been before you dont' know that there are magazines or a water cooler. Just a suggestion. In the past you were offered a coffee or tea thge momemtn you sat down, this doesn'nt happen with the staff there @ present. Otherwise all good. Oh a longer head massage is always a positive feel good part of the salon visit.
