I am very disappointed with my recent visit and haircut. I don’t feel that what I asked for was properly understood or followed, and I’ve been left with a result that will take months to grow out. I expressly requested face framing only around the perimeter at the front of my hair, with long layers through the back. What I left with instead are internal face-framing layers cut into the body of my hair, including sections that are noticeably shorter than the front perimeter pieces and extending as far back as my ears. This is not the haircut I asked for. I was clear, both verbally and by demonstrating, that I did not want layers brought forward or cut into the front sections, and that preserving the integrity and length through the front was important to me. What I asked for was exactly the same as my previous haircuts at Milano, and would also have been evident had my hair been looked at or consultation occurred prior to washing.
