Despite having an appointment we were left standing by the entrance for 10 minutes. Your staff were overbooked and extremely busy which left them no proper time to service others. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. I think you need more space between bookings to address this issue.

We were not greeted when we first arrived for the appointment and when an employee did approach us, it was not a friendly welcome. There was no eye contact and we were unsure of where to wait and what to do. It was a very ordinary experience. There was no sense of customer service and the whole interaction including the fit-out felt cheap. I had to sign a form that was laminated and had been used before, it just seemed unprofessional and I doubt I would ever go back there again. This whole experience was not customer focused and I could not recommend Essential Beauty.

Unfortunately, after a great experience having my eyebrows waxed/shaped on my first appointment, I booked again. I had the same beautician as last time but did not have the same result. After a previous beautician, at a different salon, had shaped them too thin, I was growing them out, but this appointment not only were they done thinner, too much was taken from the top of one eyebrow. Rather than explain what had happened, they filled in my eyebrows with a pencil before showing me the results, trying to hide it from me. I thought this weird as never had a beautician done this in my many years of having my eyebrows shaped. When I got home and took the pencil off I could see the unevenness. Not happy

The lady who did my treatment was lovely. The girl at the counter who charged me seemed to be in an angry mood and usually is when I go there. And she always tries to charge you the most and I can hear other clients arguing with her over the cost when I am in the room having something done. For example: Won't accept 2 lots of discount vouchers, only one at a time when no where does it say you cant use in conjunction with any other offer Or when having cry-baby lashes done she will charge you for the removal of the old ones when anyone else who works there wouldn't do that. It really puts me off going again
