Ladies locker room was a mess with robes, towels and slippers thrown all over the floor and benches. Massage was slightly above average - did not massage arms, hands, or front of legs. Treatment rooms are small and you can hear noise from nearby rooms.

I hadn't been for a while and was disappointed that the charge had risen by $5, a 20% increase is pretty steep. Also the sauna was barely warm. I'm not sure if that's because it's been turned down in some way or due to the fact that the door doesn't close. Also the fact that paper towels are no longer supplied in the toilets is hardly an improvement. All in all, I doubt that I'll return.

There should be a bathhouse alone cost so you can have gym and bathhouse or just bathhouse

I am a long term client. I came in to get Botox and a little filler for under my eyes. The nurse told me I didn’t need filler under my eyes. I was confused because it was part of my treatment plan and went against previous advice. I would like a second opinion but it has taken me a week to think about what happened at my appointment and how I feel about it. I am concerned the nurse simply didn’t want to treat me for some reason because in retrospect I can see why I might benefit from some filler under my eyes. I seem to get someone different every time I come in and I do find that difficult. Particularly now I have received conflicting advice. I have a special occasion coming up and I was hoping to feel really great and fresh and I don’t feel either. I am also not sure how I feel about the Botox treatment I received this time.

I have been here before and just love the accessibility to the plunge pools, sauna, steam room, and lap pool. The front staff is lovely and welcoming, every time. My most recent trip here it was busier than my previous visits,but I never felt crowded using the facilities which is great! I decided to give a massage another go here, my first one (over a year ago) was a let down (for both me and my partner.) Again, I left unsatisfied with the massage I received for numerous reasons. I had a relaxing time utilising the facilities but left feel frustrated and the opposite of relaxed due to the massage. It is unfortunate because the facilities are great and to have a one stop location would be convenient. Highly recommend the day spa facilities a d for the price it is a deal! I do NOT recommend you spend your money on a massage here.
