$200 - to be left in the hallway on a chair that clearly was not suitable for the skirt I had on. I was in view of all clients and passing staff. When my treatment was over I was not asked how I was feeling, advised me what I was to do next. I was simply left in the chair. When I confronted staff about the appalling way I was treated and if maybe they could advise me if I needed to be aware or call if I have concerns after the treatment, the response was, we sit everyone there and that is how it is done. We don’t have to tell you anything. Will that be savings or credit? If you like we will give you a discount when you come back. Who was presuming I wanted to come back? The overall experience was not relaxing, staff were rude and very dismissive. Feel like I was robbed.
