The massage was very poor in quality. My room was interrupted during the massage. The girl that did the massage only did my back and the back of my legs, did not turn over in a 90 min massage.

I have spent over $2000 here in recent months and feel very disappointed with the overall experience. When I tried to discuss with them directly, there was never any follow up (complained at reception and was told the GM would contact me directly). Fortunately, there are channels for online reviews and feedback to get my concerns heard. Shame this has to be done publicly!

I went for a consult and treatment 21/08/15. Even though I had an appointment booked, the lady who was suppose to 'consult' me, seemed rather distracted and in a rush.It felt that if I was trying to squeeze in between real appointments for people that deserved her attention. When I asked for more details about the treatments all I got in response is their brochures. No explanation what-so-ever as what they actually are or what's involved. When I agreed to go ahead with a procedure, I wanted to remove my make up first, so I asked to use the sink. She gave me a wet tissue instead, saying that it is not necessary to properly remove make up. Nevertheless I decided to use the sink and wash my face properly, but I felt I had to do it very quickly as she didn't have time to mack around with me. All rushing through so in the end, I didn't even had the chance to grab the brochures she gave me earlier! When they put numbing cream on you have to sit and wait 20 mins outside, in the reception area - yay! The girl who administered the procedure was very nice and I have no complaints. At the time of making appointment for a consultation, no one mentioned to me that it costs $70. So when I agreed to go ahead with the procedure I didn't realise that there was $70 on top for a 'consultation'. Before the procedure you have to sign a lot of paperwork (consent forms), but no one would walk you through the paperwork to make sure you understand what you are signing. Overall I have an unpleasant hangover from my experience there. I won't be back. I do NOT recommend this clinic.

This email will no doubt fall on deaf ears, however as I was not afforded an opportunity to refute the accusatorial statement made, I believe it is fair that I have some recourse to address the abrupt way in which I was spoken to, by who I believe was the manager. At NO STAGE did I act inappropriately or was disrespectful to the masseuse this morning. FACTS: 1. the masseuse and client were talking openly about tattoos and body piercings; 2. the masseuse disclosed having both tattoos and piercings to the client as well as the increase in their sensitivity; 3. the masseuse admitted being curious about the piercings of the client, to which the client spoke openly and frankly about them; 4. the client stated that it was heavy - similar to the weight of the others and invited the masseuse to assess the weight of any of them, if she chose to (not referring to or implying absolutely anything else or any one part of the clients anatomy) to which the masseuse politely declined and stated that as much as she wanted to out of curiosity, she could not because of health reasons and continued the session; 5. the client accepted the statement made by the masseuse and thought nothing more of it as it was a part of the subject matter; 6. the masseuse asked the client if it hurt my wife during intercourse, whereby the client stated that it did not; 7. the masseuse offered the client an alcoholic beverage - beer (XXXX or a lager) or a coffee; 8. the client stated that he drank scotch and was not interested in beer because of it tasting like camel piss and laughing with the masseuse, to which the masseuse replied that she agreed XXXX tastes like 'shit'; 9. the masseuse concluded the session and stated that the client could stay and relax as no other clients were expected to arrive, before leaving to obtain the coffee; 10. As an adult, the masseuse was not offended to any part of the conversation to the best of the clients knowledge. There was certainly no mention to the client about any boundary pertaining to any limitation in topic as the masseuse was professional at all times and conducted herself appropriately within the context of the conversations. In addition the masseuse agreed with the client about too many people being prudes who automatically associated nudity to sex because of their immaturity, narrow mindedness and poor self image or esteem. It is hereby asserted that any conversation had with the masseuse was clinical in its nature, and not in any way inappropriate or suggestive. The managers baseless accusation was insulting and highly offensive in both manner and delivery. I will certainly not be going back to this establishment, with any luck, neither will anyone else that I know once my bad experience is shared.
