What an absolutely wonderful, relaxing way to celebrate my mum's 71st birthday together. What a shame the relaxation was shattered by the news that despite being told by 2 different people over the phone that the End of Year 10 pack for $150 would be available until the 30th June and that I could buy the 10 pack when I came for my massage on the 28th, apparently the manager reneged on that and used the Facebook post as validation that it was only until the 25th June. This is despite Promotional Posters for the 10 pack still being up in the dressing room on the 28th. Very Very very disappointed and completely burst the lovely relaxed bubble I walked out of. I had told 3 friends who all signed up for and bought the 10 pack on my recommendation as well as my mum who wanted to get a 10 pack herself. And yet, herein lies the irony that I cannot get the 10 pack myself and will not be able to join them for their baths due to misinformation given on multiple occasions, even to those friends who all confirmed that they were told until the 30th June, too. The fact that the manager is not willing to check with her staff first to verify this information is what is most disappointing and very bad for public relations, not to mention, what kind of business throws $300 down the drain? Clearly one that does not need to be recommended anymore and doesn't need the customers.

I have been to numerous clinics trying to find a clinic as professional and warm as this one. From my first appointment, all of the staff were extremely warm and kind, gave suggestions on treatments that would benefit me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I don’t think there’s a clinic in Brisbane that can top this one.
