I would like the men’s spa facilities monitored more, as I think there are some people that come to engage in sexual activity. I have seen it and reported and it makes me feel very uncomfortable

it is very challenging to reach you by phone.I forgot some of my belongings, I called immediately next morning, I was advised someone will call me back, but nobody did. In addition when I asked for the parking, one of the stuff (male voice) said you don't offer any parking options, so I had to park somewhere else and pay $72.00 parking. I was told at the reception that I was given wrong info re parking, and that you do offer $20.00/3h, but I wasn't given any apology or reduced price session although the error was made by one of your employees.

Wonderful place, love the traditional asian styled bath house. Gym is also very well equipped for the size.

I'm allergic to mould. It seems weird to leave the mouldy shower curtains in the men's bathroom until you get new ones, won't it just spread it around? Also the towel got today was slightly damp, maybe that's contributing to your mould problem? Otherwise the staff are great and got right on things.

I love this spa as it's a lovely way to detox after a grizzly week working at the hospital. Unfortunately a couple of things slightly jaded my visit yesterday. First is the incessant drilling noise coming from the tunnel works close by, it definitely spoils the ambience of the pool area. The second was the loudness of a another lady using the facilities. I usually attend on a Wednesday but as this noisy lady is present on a Wednesday, I attended Thursday this week. I was a little disappointed to see her there on that day too, as she is incredibly noisy when talking to her male partner when in the swimming pool. You can hear her talking in the lap pool from the hot pool area, sauna and steam room. Again, kills the ambience of a quiet area.
