I would like the men’s spa facilities monitored more, as I think there are some people that come to engage in sexual activity. I have seen it and reported and it makes me feel very uncomfortable

Unfortunately my massage was interrupted by the construction noise. Close to half of the massage time sounded like there was a motorbike in the room with me - not very relaxing. I had booked a hot stone massage which was confirmed but I received a relaxation massage. The therapist did not ask about my booking or my preference re massage pressure etc The relaxation room had one occupant when I went to go in and she was having a loud conversation hands free on her phone despite all the signs. The staff were friendly and the facilities were lovely and clean but the noise level really ruined the experience for me on Friday which was very disappointing as it was my first visit back since Covid and I was really looking forward to my time at the spa.

I would have to say the cold bath is never really very cold, if it were colder you could use the bath for recovery and burning off brown fats. The hot bath is the same its not all that hot. It would be great if it was up around 42*~50*.

I was a little that staff were continually poking their head into the sauna.never seen it happen previously.

The Doctor is incredibly talented, her work is of the highest standard and calibre. I'm put off by the constant upsell and hard sell that takes place when you are there and the confusion over costs and charges. I find every time I visit that there is huge disparity in costs and explanations. It's the talent of the Doctor that keeps me coming back - the hard sell and pricing disparity is becoming more prevalent.
