Comment
I have had 2 separate experiences that I believe could have been better. I had booked in for the smoothing treatment and the hair dresser that I was booked with had other clients she kept leaving me and my treatment process to go and complete. Then I believe hair dressers that weren't experienced in doing the smoothing treatment were then asked to help out. I had 4 hair dressers work on my hair throughout my appointment and dragged out as I was regularly sitting their waiting for the hair dresser to come back to finish my hair. Then when I had booked in and asked to have a specific hair dresser to cut my hair I arrived and ended up having someone else cut it.
