Left with my hair wet as my choice. When I got home to dry my hair I found my forehead and ears and neck covered in brown hair dye which is proving difficult to remove. My usual hairdresser applies a gel to stop the due staining or at least a rubs it off before I leave. I am Not happy with my hair cut, it took 5 or 10 minutes to be done, my hair is now still so thick when I asked for it be thinned ALOT because it’s so heavy and hot. It’s all one length and thick and feels horrible. If I didn’t have a newborn baby I would come back to have it fixed but it’s too hard to find the time. I can’t believe the price I had to pay, adding it up it must have cost me nearly $200

I didn’t get what I asked for I payed over 300$ and I couldn’t come back as iv got small kids and I don’t want to spend another 4 hrs in the chair!! iv got foils that aren’t the same on both sides of my head and they are thick and they don’t blend with my hair some just cut off half way down my hair! I’ll never be back as I didn’t get great hair like on your Instagram!!

The haircut itself was very good and good value for money, however the hairdresser herself hardly spoke two words to me and was about as talkative as my dog. It was quite an awkward experience

Nice salon but disappointed this time haircut shocker all uneven at the back didn’t get what I asked for foils not placed to break up root colour I know should go back but can’t trust again you know it’s bad when someone asks why you didn’t get a trim as well glad they didn’t see the back wait for it to settle and hopefully get fixed

I am glad that I will have my regular hairdresser next time. Thank You. I'm sorry I don't feel that I should have to ask for product in my hair,it should be offered and up sold by the hairdresser. I love your salon to bits and I have a favourite there that just knows how I like to walk out at the end of my visit. Hairwashing is a total magic experience ,your stressed and tired and look forward to lying back and haveing that wash and massage. Some just need a little more practise at this skill.
