I have been coming to this Spa for many years. I always enjoy the relaxed quiet environment, and the choices available for sauna type, pools etc. A little oasis in the middle of the CBD - it's a gem.

The experience was disappointing in comparison to previous visits to Aquarius. Mai gave an excellent massage when I last visited while the massage from Rose today was nowhere near the same.when booking I was advised that Mai has left but Rose also gives a very firm massage, unfortunately that was not the case even though I asked for very firm. The atmosphere and amenities at Aquarius have also gone down hill. Broken showers, rusty / mouldy shelving and the hot magnesium bath was half empty. I noticed the herbal tea has been replaced with bowls of lollies?!? The music playing was horrendous and the staff show no respect for ‘quiet’ or relaxation in the zen room - opening the door to show off the room to new guests in a loud voice, and having loud conversations with guests in the room about their treatments (two separate staff members). Overall I left feeling glum and not at all relaxed. It’s time to find a new bathhouse.

The first staff contact leaves a lasting impression for customers at all businesses. Receptionists Alia and Belinda are really Aquarius true assets that I would like to thank for their smiles and support during my years of spa membership. Merry Christmas to all at Aquarius Day Spa

Aquarius is a very relaxing spa but some things have slipped of late. The sauna has been about 10 degrees too hot, water levels in the pools have been about 2 inches too low, and the cleaners have not been doing a thorough job (bandaids left for weeks in the showers and toilets not cleaned). The staff are friendly. Levi is the friendliest and most service oriented. He is always attending to customers and doing the laundry.
