Christina is an amazing massage therapist. I have been getting pain in my back for years now and she was able to read my body and work out the knots which have made life difficult. Thank you so much! When I said firm you delivered and now I feel so much better.

i wonder how we could encourage / request softly spoken conversations in the spa areas so those who want to relax can do so in a quiet environment.

The over all experience was a wonderful way to relax, pamper ourselves and indulge for a no-awaited self-care day. The massage was relaxing but it would have been great to have a remedial option with someone more qualified to help with ongoing pain issues I have.

Just a few little things could be improved: there was no music for much of my spa journey. Some of the products were put in me quite cold and the treatment beds are quite uncomfortable. The tea was not refilled in the change room. It was a bit unclear on where to put our robes, etc and the lockers are difficult to use. No one monitoring the bar at times. Could be a really great place with some attention to detail.
