Was a good experience, massage could have been a little bit firmer. Only downside was that the pool was supposed to be 27 degreees was more like 20 degrees. Was too cold to get in as its winter.

The idea behind the day spa and gym is fantastic with a great location however the place needs a lot of updating! Fake flowers on the massage bed are a bit of a let down, makes it look tacky. Disappointing to see so many paper cups everywhere for guest water. During the massage I was disappointed my legs weren’t raised a bit like I normally get or something to cover my eyes when I was lying on my back. It’s definitely the little things that bring up the level of experience. Overall okay experience, definitely wouldn’t rave about it and wouldn’t feel the need to recommend it

The male toilets are often dirty. The place seems old and run down.
