I always have a good experience when I visit and the staff are always friendly. I forgot to mention to them though that the cleaning clothes needs to be returned to the male spa area.

The spa area was clean. The magnesium pools were wonderful as was the steam room and sauna. My massager was very professional and polite. Loved my experience. I will be back again.

Those of us regulars chat agree on two things: The water in the cold pool for women needs to be much colder in order for it to be of more benefit to us. Secondly, the massages are not as good as you can find in other parts of Brisbane. Apart from those two things, it's perfect!

Just a few little things could be improved: there was no music for much of my spa journey. Some of the products were put in me quite cold and the treatment beds are quite uncomfortable. The tea was not refilled in the change room. It was a bit unclear on where to put our robes, etc and the lockers are difficult to use. No one monitoring the bar at times. Could be a really great place with some attention to detail.

The over all experience was a wonderful way to relax, pamper ourselves and indulge for a no-awaited self-care day. The massage was relaxing but it would have been great to have a remedial option with someone more qualified to help with ongoing pain issues I have.
