Normally really happy with the service and treatment at Carindale. Had a different consultant this time and she was rude and awful. I was tempted to walk our half way through. I didn’t pay to have them be sarcastic and condescending.

Staff were lovely, professional, made you feel relaxed and listened to. A thorough, quality service, in a nice environment. Would prefer less focus on selling their products however the knowledge of these and individualising for your needs was very good and the rewards system should be promoted more. Will definitely go again.

This was my first time going to Ella baché at Carindale, I was greeted with smiles which made me feel welcomed, I got checked in and was then taken to the waiting room where the environment was calm and relaxing. The lovely lady that looked after me was Sherri, she was nice and made me feel comfortable, she gave me tips on how to look after my skin properly and showed me some products that will be helpful and won’t harm my skin. I definitely recommend going to Ella baché at Carindale and seeing Sherri, I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Sherri.
