My first facial at Ella Baché and I must say that I enjoyed it throughly. I feel like my facialist addressed all of my concerns and unlike other salons I have been to in the past, I did not feel pressure post procedure to purchase product. I will certainly be back!

I have tried many salons over the years and I have to say the Salon at Capalaba and in particular the Therapist Emma I see regularly, is one of the most professional. The most difficult thing to find in the beauty industry is consistency and quality... and I've never had a bad experience here. The wax is always speedy and meticulous and she is great at time management. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The salon has a relaxed vibe and they are always accommodating with days and times.
