My first facial at Ella Baché and I must say that I enjoyed it throughly. I feel like my facialist addressed all of my concerns and unlike other salons I have been to in the past, I did not feel pressure post procedure to purchase product. I will certainly be back!

Deanna is a fabulous therapist! My only negative feedback would be that for a relaxing service the room I was in (next to the staff room) was noisy as they were working in the room and banging and doors opening/closing.. I’m not dissatisfied but more consideration for rooms in a quieter area for relaxing services would be a better choice.

As for the noise we try our best to minimise this but unfortunately being a busy salon in a shopping centre who do a wide range of treatments makes it difficult at times. Next time your therapist will make sure to take extra measures to minimise noise during the treatment. We hope to see you again soon.
