Kim was absolutely amazing. I had a signature facial and every moment she was doing something, there was no downtime - she massaged me to start to ensure I was relaxed and then at other times throughout the experience. She massaged like an expert! I typically go to Stephanie’s at Cleveland because of the ambience and the surroundings but I’ve been to Elle Bache at Capalaba a few times now because the price point is so much cheaper, and I really think that the quality of the facial is better at Ellle Bache. If a refurb was done I beleive a lot of people in the Redlands would switch from Stephanie’s to Ella Bache :) Thank you Kim, my face looks so plump and moisturized and the massage left me feeling so relaxed.
