Im so disappointed, not the first time either. My daughters layers at the front were crooked, they didn’t even look the same and one was shorter. So she was so unhappy I had to then pay more money to have them fixed at a different hairdresser. We won’t be back.

I find the quality of service at H's place to be excellent. However I have had ongoing issues with being underquoted for both hair and beauty treatments on multiple occasions. I have even had trouble getting a straight answer regarding the price of a service with staff saying "they don't know, need to check the computer, I have to ask H". The price also seems to vary depending on who serves you at the register, I find this completely unacceptable. If you are a business, it should not be this hard to get an accurate quote for a service you are offering so you can then decide whether to accept without it happening AFTER the fact. The receipt you are given shows only the total price making it impossible to break down the total cost. The last time I had my hair done at H's I was astounded by how much it amounted too and because his has happened on more than one occasion, I would never return or recommend. Yes, you provide a high quality service but at the end of the day, you are a business and need to be providing accurate prices for the services you offer.

Truthfully I wish I had asked for the price of a haircut prior to booking. I don't think $57 for a cut and unrequested blow wave is good value. I walked in with freshly washed hair and no drink was offered on this occasion. I rebooked but will look around for better value. Surely there are people with equal skills that charge less.

hi Kim thank you for your reply. sorry you are not happy with our prices. please note we are not a salon that gets you in then gets you out, as we spend more time with you than any other salon would. also we a highly trained Vidal Sassoon trained salon I have spent over $10,000 on my advanced training an also with my staff. we are a lot more advanced and trained than any salon in this area. as you would have seen we also make sure that we blow wave your hair after we cut it an also do a little bit of free hand once it is dry to make sure you are happy an it is all even cut. we do not offer $10 hair cuts like other salons around in Melton as we are passionate about what we do an we are worth way more than that an offer great service.that's what make us so different an more better salon. the price you paid is no different to what you paid last time with us. as I was cutting your hair an I had finished you seem like you loved the service an the cut, if it comes down to the money then im sorry but those are our prices I do hope to see you again . thank you kim
