I felt the practice was unprofessional. When I was signing my consent forms and medical information, a person on reception completed my medical information for me and also asked personal medical information whilst at reception and other people were in the reception. My privacy was not ensured. Whilst the procedure was happening, two staff members walked into the consultation room. Again with little regard for my privacy. Limited communication was had in regard to what I hoped the procedure would provide me and/or whether they could assist me in any other ways (i.e. discussing skin care regimens).

Professional advice and consultation went well. The explanation was good enough to understand the reason why we're following the certain medication approach and we have plan for it. The main factor of unsatisfactory is the the service of 2 receptionist women. I went up there with my daughter and when we entered they did not greet & did not even look at us but they were talking in between about their plan for weekend. We did not felt welcomed but even discriminated. Because they did the opposite as smiling and greeting to next client on our eyes. It is very rude and offensive. I would recommend the management to hire people who are happy to help others and treat people equally with kindness!

Initial contact on email and phone was ok. Then to be told it would cost $600 vs a discussion on how many units it would take @$6 would have been better. I am not sure if I would return.

I had a sebaceous cyst removed with 4 stitches-cost $500. .On removal of the stitches the wound had not healed and a small dressing applied with instructions to leave on 4 more days . On day 4 it looked infected and when i called ACM there was no answer, in fact i went to the clinic to find it closed.-apparently Dr on holidays but no prior warning, nothing on the clinic door or on the phone message. I then had to go to my regular GP and nurse and several weeks later it is finally starting to heal, with dressings needed several more weeks. I really don't think the follow up was genuine as I left phone messages and really no Calls to check if it was now healed. Sorry but now quite disillusioned . The Nurse inferred an extra stretch had been needed.

I am sure the doctor knows what she is doing but more explanations needed as to the procedure itself and after care etc in order to minimize questions afterwards. There was no explanation of side effects either. Perhaps some pictures to show what it looks like straight after the procedure.
