Ella was excellent. I really appreciated how well she spoke to me and her level of professionalism. Her massage skills were excellent and I do feel a lot better afterwards. I had been once before and the room was a little more luxuriously designed but I believe covid likely changed that as they now need to wipe everything so frequently. The entire salon was spotless and I love the personal touches and sensory experience to choose the oils. I will also admit that after seeing how young Ella is, I thought she may be a trainee, but don't let her youthful looks misguide you, she was fantastic and it was as though she had been studying techniques since a kid. Great work Ella, I will be back to see you.

I walked in to the salon with sore, tired feet and very cracked heels (I'm 39 weeks pregnant). When I walked out I was relaxed and my feet felt fantastic. I will be back.

Kendall is always very friendly. And wow does she know her stuff. I always feel safe, comfortable and very welcomed when I go to Serenity. To quote Kendall - 'you are not a client, you are my mate'. Love all the work that the lovely ladies do at Serenity. Keep up the good work!
