I was disappointed with my recent facial treatment at Indah. I chose one of the more expensive facials being the replenish facial which I believe requires 80 minutes. To my surprise from arrival at Indah to leaving I was only an hour and an half, that included my time in reception, changing, post treatment tea, getting dressed again, paying at reception and going back to my car. I must say whilst I was treated well and the staff were lovely as always, my facial was very rushed and felt almost like an express facial.

I was unable to lay using the belly pillow and therefore had my treatment side-lying. However without rolling to both sides it is limiting as to which aspect of the body is able to be reached adequately

On all previous occasions I received a nice cup of tea with a tiny snack, which was a very nice touch. This was not offered this time and it was only later I remembered this and was not really in a position to return to ask.

I find Indah to be very calming A little claustrophobic Staff seem to be lovely I have had several treatments in the past few weeks IPL : information given was extensive, to soon to comment on any results, comfortable procedure, Annette was lovely Pedicure : limited information given, was hoping for a little better outcome however my feet are hoofs, quite awkward procedure with the tub on bed and holding my leg up whilst laying for massage ( I have bad hips and knee issues - I did not complain at the time as I felt the lady was only doing her job - she had no other choice ) I AM NOT TRYING TO GET ANYONE REPRIMANDED OR WORSE - I AM JUST BEING HONEST
