The staff were friendly and professional however the therapists lacked the skills and techniques required for a professional massage. I was charged full price for the massage.l and not advised that the therapist was very inexperienced.

Disappointed in the facial for the price. Two wands and a pat of product. Also it was over Killy on trying to sell the products all through my treatment. After trying to drink my tea and relax there was a further bombardment of trying to sell the products. I appreciate this is good if we want to know about what is good for your skin but not to the extent it was, especially as the products would have been over three hundred dollars. I won’t be coming back as I feel you can shop around and find a better treatment elsewhere.

The therapist that did my eyebrows today was not the indah vibe ive become accustomed to, told me she didnt enjoy being a therapist and wanted to get into cosmetic nursing. this immediately made me feel like my service wasnt going to be enjoyable and that my eyebrows wouldnt be the quality ive recieved previously. And honestly, i would never book in with her again. lucky im booked in with someone else for Henna in two weeks because my eyebrows wont last the usual 4-6 weeks after todays appt.

I find Indah to be very calming A little claustrophobic Staff seem to be lovely I have had several treatments in the past few weeks IPL : information given was extensive, to soon to comment on any results, comfortable procedure, Annette was lovely Pedicure : limited information given, was hoping for a little better outcome however my feet are hoofs, quite awkward procedure with the tub on bed and holding my leg up whilst laying for massage ( I have bad hips and knee issues - I did not complain at the time as I felt the lady was only doing her job - she had no other choice ) I AM NOT TRYING TO GET ANYONE REPRIMANDED OR WORSE - I AM JUST BEING HONEST
