I am not one to make advance appointments and am always pleased that every effort is made to accommodate me with an appointment when I call. THE very best coffee is also served. An exceptionally professional, friendly and happy Salon to visit.

I was very happy with the service I received from Convict Cutters and the end result. Melissa was particularly skilled in finding out exactly what I wanted in my colour and took the time to explain the options to me and to ensure that I was confident to proceed. I was very happy with the result and feel that my new colour is much classier and natural than it was before. Thanks Melissa, I look forward to my next visit.

I have completed this on the assumption that 10 is excellent and 1 is bad. I couldn't see a code as to what the scale was. Service is always above and beyond what is expected. A credit to the owners, management and staff.
