Sometimes your apprentices appear to be not interested in what they are doing or in a hurry to go home. From a clients perspective you are paying for a luxury, and you should give the client the same energy as you would at the start of the day. Try not to mention that its been a really busy day, your tired and want to go home. Most people understand that fatigue set in at the end of a day, however (The client) is looking forward to a great relaxing experience at the end on a long working day too!

Nicole was friendly, professional and able to read my body language regarding conversations and interaction while I was having my hair cut, I enjoyed the space to read, check email etc.

All the staff were lovely and couldn't fault. Lauren was disappointed though that she still has split ends and not enough was taken off to get rid of them which was the purpose of the visit.

The towels could be laundered better, i.e. Fluffier and more sweet smelling. The music is sometimes too loud The decor could be more high quality.

I am apparently paying for a principal stylist when I visit however I actually pay for the stylist to review my card, ask "same colour again " I am then handed to an apprentice to complete the whole colour. Only bonus is the apprentices are fantastic.
