I had the pleasure of being booked with Vy. I came in with a colour that I was entirely unhappy with and Vy really listened to my concerns and my end goals. She walked me through every single step, took the time to show me the colour guides and provided an idea of what the colour looked like. Vy was very knowledgeable and explained all the products expertly. I really enjoyed her energy and our chats and I felt so comfortable with her doing my hair, considering the service I received elsewhere was really disappointing. I am definitely interested in being a returning customer with Vy and really recommend her.
