Unfortunately no towel was provided to me for modesty purposes. No preparation of the area to be waxed was completed. The same gloves were used from a Brazilian to an eye brow wax which I would have thought was not the done thing. No preparation was done for my eyebrows prior to waxing which surprised me as I was wearing eyebrow pencil. Perhaps my understanding is different but I have certainly experienced better.

I would suggest the answering service states that the salon is closed on a Monday. When you call on a Monday it says we are either in a treatment or on the phone. I waited for a return phone call for many hours until I realised they were closed. It left me frustrated carrying my phone with me. It then took 4 phone calls on Tuesday with no response until I visited in person to make my appointment. Staff are lovely and competent but no one on the front counter and my visit interrupted with front counter duties is annoying. But not the staff fault. Lovely staff. Just need more at reception.

Excellent results from a capable and very experienced person who has a keen eye for shape and a style that suited me. That shows special talent and reflects a much better service than the norm. I will request this person's care each time and rearrange my schedule to have her care.
