I seriously believe that my last visit was not worth the amount that I was asked to pay..plus. I also believe that a receipt should have been issued, with items and procedures/processes stated and submitted to the customer. Thank you.

Really great service and result was exactly what I asked for. Is just very over priced where other places are much cheaper for sale outcome buy if you have the money and are happy to spend that amount then I would recommend. However, not for most people who could not afford that

Staff are very friendly and professional. However, I hate having too wait when you are really busy and have over booked. The price seems to go up every time I go! But that’s probably standard for any salon. Great magazines, tea and chocolate!

Service was great, very professional and friendly staff. I did find the service quite expensive. It was recommended that I have a treatment which I agreed to and must admit I should have asked about the pricing. If I can make just one suggestion and that would be maybe if you recommend additional services to clients to give a guideline on the pricing at the time. Otherwise a very nice salon and pleasant experience.
