Lee always does an incredible job whenever he cuts my hair. No matter what hairstyle I have asked him to do over the years he absolutely nails it every single time and I am always so happy with the result. I couldn’t recommend him or Cream highly enough!

Hello, Thanks for a lovely visit. I was a bit sticker shocked with the price of the treatment and cut (I did not have time for a style) and the price was not reduced. Compared to. Other visits/salons the price was substantially higher, without much difference in service or quality. The services I received were great, but the outcome was not much different to services I have received in the past except for the price. Nearly double the cost. Love the salon, and hairstylist ect. The cost just seemed a bit exorbitant. So much so I messaged my girlfriends and they too were shocked, For your reference I previously have gone to Edwards and Co and Studio Meta. Thank you!

Thank you for your review and although it hasn't 'measured up' to our usual standard it is always great to receive feedback. I'm sorry you did not feel that you got value for money, and you should have received a quote prior to the service, but we price all our services around many factors, one being the prices in the industry amongst our competitors, that said, some thing obviously went wrong and for that we are sorry. However, we would like to offer you a complimentary blow dry/styling when you feel that you would like to use it and then hopefully we can make it up to you. Regards The Cream team

Lee has been cutting my hair for 15years I Have no reason to change now. The whole experience is always good I feel comfortable and confident in the results.
