Hello, Thanks for a lovely visit. I was a bit sticker shocked with the price of the treatment and cut (I did not have time for a style) and the price was not reduced. Compared to. Other visits/salons the price was substantially higher, without much difference in service or quality. The services I received were great, but the outcome was not much different to services I have received in the past except for the price. Nearly double the cost. Love the salon, and hairstylist ect. The cost just seemed a bit exorbitant. So much so I messaged my girlfriends and they too were shocked, For your reference I previously have gone to Edwards and Co and Studio Meta. Thank you!

Thank you for your review and although it hasn't 'measured up' to our usual standard it is always great to receive feedback. I'm sorry you did not feel that you got value for money, and you should have received a quote prior to the service, but we price all our services around many factors, one being the prices in the industry amongst our competitors, that said, some thing obviously went wrong and for that we are sorry. However, we would like to offer you a complimentary blow dry/styling when you feel that you would like to use it and then hopefully we can make it up to you. Regards The Cream team

The overall experience was lovely by the hairdresser. Unfortunately, someone else took over to do my hair wash, and it was really bad. My dry hair still felt like it had dye on it, it felt really crunchy. I love my time on the hair wash, but this was one of the worse one's I've ever had. Please note: the girl who dried my hair was someone different and she was lovely, same as the guy who dyed my hair.

I find the basin chairs so uncomfortable, I honestly dread getting my hair washed, however all other aspects are great.

No one at desk on arrival, acknowledged quickly and advise I would be looked after asap which did happen. Offered drinks, told my hairdresser would be with me shortly. All very good, Jess was professional, chatty and genuinely interested. She worked efficiently, asked questions along the way re cut, style length etc. Hair wash was fantastic, great hands, nearly nodded off. Used to go to Fur for many years but this would be my new home now. Hard to find hair stylist's for men, way to many barbers (butchers) out there with minimal skill set charging close to what I paid for today.

I had a little trouble finding the salon but once I did it was an excellent experience. It was nice to have a wine and a snack and my hairdresser did a brilliant job with my mop. I’ll be back.

I have been a client at Cream for 3x years now and have absolutely loved every minute of every visit. The staff are all super friendly and fun and the quality of service is amazing. No matter how stressed I might be when I walk in, I always feel like a million dollars when I walk out. Thanks Sonja, Corey & team. 💜
