The spa and environment is very clean, comfortable and allows you to relax and unwind. The receptionist and service staff are super friendly, professional and give great advice. They take their time and pay attention to detail as well as ensuing the treatment is comfortable and professional. I feel very comfortable going here, seeing the same therapist and being treated with such a special and calming manner. It’s an easy to use booking process too!

The beautician at Lotus Care gave me a facial tailored to my skin needs. The service provided was exceptional, giving wholistic treatment and care. The atmosphere was calming with relaxing music and soothing scents. The facial itself was deeply relaxing , and left my skin feeling refreshed , glowing and well cared for. The beautician is incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive throughout , making sure I was well looked after. You can really tell how much care and passion goes into their work at Lotus Care. I left feeling, relaxed, and pampered. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend .
