Each treatment room needs to have a chair for the client to place their belongings on. When I last visited Ella Bache, there was no chair to place my prescription glasses on, along with my other belongings, whilst I was having my treatment. Apart from that, my treatment was carried out professionally and the beautician was friendly and did an excellent job.

I really don’t like the fact that the therapist is trying to multi task reception during my appointments. In the past I’ve had therapists leave the door open during my consultation and I hate that as well. I think you need someone to manage reception.

Staff were lovely, but spray tan didn’t darken even after leaving it for 6 hours before washing it off.
