Excellent customer service. Greeted upon entering store. The ambience of the treatment room gave a feeling of peace and was easy to relax and enjoy the treatment. No pressure to purchase products but recommendation of suitable products was given. I have made another appointment.

The employee was lovely and professional, however, the results of my spray tan were terrible - it's patchy and the strokes of the spray are very obvious. My legs are also twice as dark as the rest of me. Won't be returning for another one.

I made an appointment for a brow wax and I have burnt, sore, stinging area on my right eyelid. The therapist waxed the tops of my eyebrows without asking me as well.
