We highly recommend The Fellow to young adults who love to keep up with modern hairstyles. Our son loves going there. They are extremely professional and friendly and listen to what the customer wants. We highly recommend Matt. He's amazing!

After booking online for 1.00pm appointment with Staff (P) we arrived 5 to 10 minutes early only to wait outside. The only contact with us was after a while being asked if we had a booking which we confirmed we had. Some inside seating become available eventually and we sat waiting until Staff (P) who ventured to come out 15 minutes late at 1.15pm. Up until then no-one concerned themselves enough to say to us that Staff (P) had been unfortunately delayed/ would be with us shortly/ I'll check where he was etc. However we waited patiently until Staff (P) belatedly came out, whereas he gave my son a cursory greeting and immediately indicated for him to take a seat. I thought Staff (P) might have taken the opportunity then and there to apologise for the delay but nothing was forthcoming. On a positive note, he did ask what my son would like before he begun cutting. I tried to suggest at one stage that the fringe could be kept a little shorter and out of his eyes but I was rebuffed by a somewhat defiant look and response, "...its not in his eyes!". No more was said for the remainder of the haircut either by us or by Staff (P). Unfortunately, it seemed to me that Staff (P) either did not enjoy his job, didn't like conversing with others or was possibly having a bad day. Perhaps he wasn't feeling well, had suffered a loss of some kind, maybe his pet was sick. If this was the case then I can perhaps understand his poor and somewhat surly demeanor and I wish him well. Despite being previously satisfied with your services this experience was not as positive. I hope Staff (P) is feeling better and is able to display some measure of positive professional engagement with clients in the future.

Pretty impressed! I'm always unsure of new barbers/salons because of getting such awful cuts in the past. Matt was amazing, actually treated it like an art. Rather than just doing the bare minimum and pumping people out like a factory. Very happy with my haircut :)
